We only ask for what we need to get your order to you. Here is what that means in plain words.
What we collect when you order
Your name, phone number, delivery address and how you would like us to reach you. If you choose to, also your email address and a note for us. We also keep a record of what you ordered.
Why we use it
Only to confirm your order, deliver it to you and contact you about it. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
Emails about your order
If you give us your email address, we send you a copy of your order. These emails may record when they are opened and which links are clicked, so we can tell that they arrive.
Your bag
The items in your bag are saved on your own device, so they are still there when you come back. Nothing about your bag is sent to us until you place an order.
Visitor statistics
We count visits to the shop anonymously, without cookies, to see which pages are popular. These counts do not identify you.
Seeing or deleting your details
Contact us at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted once your order is complete.
